This woman in her late thirties had concerns about loose abdomen skin after her three children. She and Dr. Howell discussed her body contouring options including tummy tuck with liposuction, lipo without abdominoplasty, or lipo with a mini tummy tuck. As she had very good muscle tone and minimal rectus diastasis, she chose to proceed with just liposuction of the abdomen and flanks.
