This woman in her late forties wanted to address the loose skin in her abdomen area after losing 70lbs and maintaining her goal weight. She also wanted to improve the shape of her breasts and maintain her current breast volume. Dr. Howell performed her tummy tuck with liposuction of the flanks along with a breast lift (commonly referred to as a mommy makeover). She did great from that surgery and was very pleased with her results, and wanted to even further improve on her abdominal appearance. She chose to have additional liposuction of the abdomen along with a small abdominal scar revision. She has great size, shape, and symmetry of her breasts, and a great contour of her abdomen and flanks. The first pictures show her before, then she is shown 10 months after her first surgery, and then 2 months after her second surgery.
