This patient in her 40s was unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen and flank areas. She is done having children and elected to proceed with an abdominoplasty and liposuction of the flanks. This gave her a much tighter abdomen with improved aesthetics and overall appearance. She is shown before her surgery and 3 months afterwards.
