This woman in her early fifties with a ruptured saline implant wished to have her implants removed and met with Dr. Howell to discuss her options for breast enhancement.  She decided to have a partial open capsulectomy with removal of her implants and a breast lift.  She has great size, shape, and symmetry and is pictured before and five months after.
