She desired breast enhancement, aiming to regain fullness lost from pregnancies and breast feeding, as well as to achieve improved symmetry. She is shown before surgery and 3 months after submuscular breast augmentation. Silicone gel implants were used: 225cc on the right; 130cc on the left.
