Case Details
This 30-ish patient was extremely happy with the birth of her two children, but less happy with the resultant drooping and loss of volume following her pregnancies. She elected to proceed with bilateral breast implants and mastopexy. Her preop and three months postop photos show the desired elevation and increase in size she was hoping for.
