Case Details
This patient in her 40’s desired improvement of the contours of her abdomen and flanks. She elected to proceed with liposuction and SmartLipo of the abdomen and flanks. The SmartLipo offered her additional skin tightening than what she would be expected to get with just liposuction alone. She was also offered an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) procedure, but she preferred the minimally invasive option of SmartLipo, understanding that SmartLipo would not be expected to give her as much skin tightening as a tummy tuck would. The SmartLipo did give her a shorter recovery and less external scarring, however. The photos show her before and 3 months after the procedure. She is happy with her result and with her choice of procedures.
