Case Details
This patient in her 30s desired improvement of her breasts and abdomen and wanted to have a mommy makeover done. She had breast augmentation done elsewhere many years previously with submuscular 800 cc saline implants. After her pregnancies she has developed drooping of the breasts as well as an undesirable appearance of the abdomen and flanks that she wanted corrected. She wished to go with a smaller overall breast size as well as breast lifting and reshaping. Dr. Hampton Howell exchanged her breast implants to new submuscular 525 cc smooth round silicone gel implants, along with a breast lift (mastopexy) and a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with liposuction of the flanks. She is shown before and 3 months after her mommy makeover.
