Scott L. Tucker, MD is the President of Salem Plastic Surgery, Hampton A. Howell, MD is the Vice President. Both surgeons are Board Certified by the American Academy of Plastic Surgery. Dr.Tucker and Dr. Howell have worked together since 2006. While there is some difference in age they are natured very similarly and enjoy interaction with their patients and staff.
